Outsourcing to solve the problem of one month delay in launching new products

Why do ordinary packaging companies look for outsourcing companies? The reason is simple. Although the delivery is normal, when the order volume increases, the internal transportation system cannot keep up with the order volume.

The easiest thing to happen is to deliver the wrong goods. After shipping 100 items, 1 item has an error. The reason is that the service quality of each staff is different. When orders increase and delivery is busy, page creators are also busy packaging business. But this is the problem.

Ordinary manufacturing companies are not very good at making rules. When someone other than a full-time employee enters the packaging business, errors may occur. However, the specialty of ordinary companies is not packaging. Therefore, it is best to leave the logistics including packaging to professionals.

The biggest problem is the delay in launching new products on the page. The current page maker can turn about 10 products a week. In the company, we have 30 to 40 new projects every month, but in the busy season, the production staff spends time on the delivery work, and the whole page is stopped for a whole month. Then, 80 products will be uploaded next month.

New product upgrades will be delayed. Even if you try to forcibly upgrade the product within a month, it will not proceed as planned. Accumulated more and more. Since outsourcing, it has almost disappeared.
